David Wayne Hoover

David Wayne Hoover, 54, Jackson, Ohio passed away Monday, August 24, 2015 at Jackson, Ohio. He was born August 17, 1961 in Cleveland, Ohio, son of Marie Legg of Rocky Comfort, Missouri and the late Ellis Hoover.

David is survived by his mother, Marie and children: James (fiancee Crystal Patrick) Nickels, Vinton, Ohio; Crystal (Eric) Smith, El Rio, Oklahoma and Bill Hoover, Fort Supply, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Weston Nickels, Braylon Cardwell, Alyssa Cardwell, Kaden Keller, Charity Love Smith, Matthew David Smith, Brooklyn Noel Smith, Chloe Hoover and Isaac Hoover; two sisters: Tweetie (Mark) VanSickle, Wilkesville, Ohio and Sharon (Terry) Dunaway, Oak Hill, Ohio and one brother, Joe (Donna) Hoover, Rocky Comfort, Missouri.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step-father, George Legg.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Monday, August 31, 2015 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, from 6:00-8:00 PM. In accordance with David's wishes, there will be no funeral service and cremation will follow.
