Bill was a friend...three years older...always kind...always friendly. I feel his absence even though i have seldom seen him recently. We were neighbors in
Coalwood. His sister, Carol, is also in my mind as a dear friend. Bill's passing
is hard to believe.

For years Bill and I were going to meet at Bob Evans in Rio for breakfast. We were friends through the Gallipolis Vault Co. where I worked and took care of his septic tank problems. He would stop in, as he was also good friends with the owner Rusty Martin, and pass the time. Rusty passed and we would only bump into each other rarely at Bob Evans. I feel bad that we didn't make it, he was a real winner!

Theresa, Sarah , and David, I am so sorry for your loss. Bill as such a great man. I have such fond memories of our time together in Germantown and our many beach vacations together in that old house on the beach. I am holding all of you in my prayers.

So sorry for your loss. Donise and I went to school with Bill from 1-12 and participated in numerous school and after hours activities. I always looked forward to his fish stories and being together at Big Creek High reunions. We will miss him greatly.

Our deepest condolences to the Todd clan. We were work associates for years, from Springfield to Gallipolis. We watched Bill and your mom's kids grow up to be the fine adults they loved and were so proud of. They were special friends to us.

Bill was a wonderful friend to me. We enjoyed each other's company and shared similar backgrounds as children. We worked together as volunteers with the Ernie Nester Chapter of Trout Unlimited. His dedication, hard work, and leadership skills were outstanding. He will be missed by all whose life he touched. My prayers are with the family. May God bless you.
