Anthony Gibson, Jr., 77, of Bainbridge, Ohio, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025, in CoreCare at Westmoreland Center, Chillicothe Ohio. Born September 8, 1948, in Phelps, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Anthony Gibson, Sr. and Ella Mae (Stiltner) Gibson. He was a carpenter by trade.
He is survived by three daughters: Jelena Mills, Springfield, Ohio; Amy (Billy) Robinson, West Virginia and Angela Gibson, Columbus, Ohio; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and two sisters: Bonnie Adkins, Lancaster, Ohio and Christine (Keith) Heaston, London, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by brothers, Elmer Douglas and Thurman Gibson, and sister, Juanita Wineka.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday, November 21, 2025, in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, with Rev. Kevin Green officiating. Burial will follow in Brush Cemetery, Vinton. Family and friends may call at the funeral home Friday 12:00-1:00 PM.
