Beatrice Loretta (Bunce) Perkins

Beatrice Loretta Perkins, 92, Gallipolis passed away Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Overbrook Rehabilitation Center, Middleport, Ohio. Daughter of the late William E. and Vena Lewis Bunce, she was born July 20, 1915 in Gallipolis, Ohio. A member of Good News Baptist Church, Beatrice married Wellington Colby Perkins and he preceded her in death.
Beatrice is survived by three sons: Gary L. (Cindy) Perkins, Gallipolis; Franklin D. (Kye Yong) Perkins, Panama City, Florida and Ronald E. (Joan) Perkins, Hatfield, Pennsylvania; four granddaughters, three grandsons, fourteen great-granddaughters and six great-grandsons; one great-great-granddaughter; sister, Ruth Dickson, Gallipolis; and brother, William Bunce, Gallipolis.
Along with her husband, Beatrice was preceded in death by sister, Ruby Charchak and two brothers, Leo and Vern Bunce.
Funeral services will be 12:00 noon Thursday at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, 208 Main St, Vinton with Rev. Cliff Curry officiating. Burial will follow in Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday, June 11, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 PM.
