Betty Ruth Fink

Betty Ruth Fink, 80, of Bidwell, Ohio, passed away peacefully Monday, October 5, 2026, in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. Betty was born October 1, 1946, in Pikeville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Donald and Maudine (Stevens) Wolford. She attended Ewington Church of Christ in Christian Union and Fellowship of Faith Church, Bidwell, Ohio.

Betty married Robert Oscar Fink June 8, 1963, in Charleston, West Virginia, and he preceded her in death February 17, 2009. To this union was born their only son, Robert Andrew (Sarin Williams) Fink of Ozark, Missouri and granddaughter, Lila Rose Williams, also of Ozark, Missouri.

Those left to cherish her memory in addition to her son and granddaughter are sisters Donna Brown, Bidwell, Ohio, Anna Hawks, Vinton, Ohio and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

She was a hard worker who loved to cook and who made a lasting impression on all she met. She was a loving mother to her son, Bobby and granddaughter, Lila Rose.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Thelmer Wolford.

The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers of Holzer Senior Care Center and Holzer Medical Center for their excellent care of Betty during her hours of need.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 PM, Friday, October 9, 2026, in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, with Pastor David Greer officiating. Burial will follow in Vinton Memorial Park Cemetery, Vinton. Family and friends may call at the funeral home Friday, 10:00 AM to the Noon service time.
