Billy Elmore Oiler

Billy Elmore Oiler, 80, of Vinton, Ohio, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2025, in Select Specialty Hospital, Columbus, following a lengthy illness.

Billy was born January 14, 1945, in Vinton, son of the late Isaac and Pluma (Amos) Oiler. A life long resident of Vinton, Billy was a self-employed laborer and a friend of many.

He leave behind his sisters, Barbara Ramey of Gallipolis, Ohio and Dianna McKinney of West Union, West Virginia as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Leona Boston and brother, Thurman Oiler.

Cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, who is honored to serve the Oiler Family.
