Billy Gene Sansom

Billy Gene Sansom, 72, Vinton passed away Monday, March 4, 2013. He was born August 23, 1940 in Robinette, West Virginia to the late Bernie and Gertie Mae Kiser Sansom.
Billy is survived by daughter, Ramona Gail Cochran, Dayton, Tennessee and grandchildren: Savannah Sansom; Nicole, David, Nathan Noe and Hannah Cochran; one great-grandson, Jayce Riley Noe; step-children: Heather Brewer, Renee Mikonowicz and Trent Mullins. He is also survived by four brothers: Sonnie Sansom, Superior, Arizona; Sammy Sansom, Wayne, West Virginia; George Sansom, Gallipolis, Ohio and Bernard Sansom, Wayne, West Virginia; sister, Ruth Marcum, Bidwell, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents Billy was preceded in death by son, Billy Gene Sansom, Jr. and brother, Paul R. Sansom.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Monday, March 11, 2013 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton with Pastor David Stulley officiating. Burial will follow in the Brush Cemetery. Friends may call the funeral home Sunday 4:00-7:00 PM.
