Bonnie Delores (Ramey) Coffee

Bonnie "Delores" Coffee, 80, Vinton, Ohio passed away at her home Monday, July 12, 2021 after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Mingo County, West Virginia, September 28, 1940 to the late Grover and Reba (Williamson) Ramey. Delores married John Thomas Coffee February 10, 1960 in Vinton, Ohio and he preceded her in death February 24, 2011. She was a faithful member of Vinton Baptist Church and Books and Friends, Vinton Chapter Book Club.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Vickie and John Chaffin and Cindy and Bryan Hamilton, both of Vinton, Ohio; grandchildren: Heather and Sean Laber, Craig and Brittany Layne, Allie and Josiah Morris, Lena Bryanne and Chris Rawlinson, David Spires and special friend Kaylee Lyons and Thomas Hamilton; great-grandchildren: Evan Laber, Jaxon Layne, Owen, Joslynn and Logan Morris, Roran and Leo Rawlinson and Sebastian Lyons; sisters, Nadine and Doug Cesco and Ruth Spaulding; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Luke "Eddie" and Doris Coffee, Junie McOmber, Louise and Kenny Holcomb, Phoebe Coffee and Joan and Don Nevaker and special cousin, Patricia Smith.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brothers, J. C. Ramey and Clyde Ramey; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ruth and Bob Deckard, Okey Coffee and great-grandson, Ethan Laber.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 16, 2021 at Vinton Baptist Church with Pastor Heath Jenkins officiating. Burial to follow in the Vinton Memorial Park with Pastor Steve Ramey officiating. Family and friends may call at the church Thursday from 6:00-8:00 PM. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home is honored to serve Delores' family in their need.
