C. Steven Rice

C. Steven Rice, 63, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away at his residence Wednesday, August 3, 2011. He was born May 3, 1948 in Chillicothe, Ohio, son of the late Charles Robert and Lovetta Margaret Sherman Rice.

Steven is survived by two brothers and one sister: James Rice, Smithsburg, Maryland and Robert Rice and Elizabeth Hughes, both of Las Vegas, Nevada.

At the request of the family, a Memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
