Carmen Diane (Mays) Deckard

Carmen D. Deckard, 55, Cheshire, Ohio passed away following a lengthy illness at her home Saturday, July 31, 2021. The daughter of the late Romie D. Mays Sr. and Leanna Biars, she was born August 14, 1965 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Carmen married Randall "Randy" Deckard who preceded her in death February 20, 2012.

She is survived by her daughter, Tandi and Jeremy Roush and their children Alexander and Rialee; brothers, Dean and Valerie Mays and Romie D. Mays, Jr.; sister, Crystal and Brad Stewart and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family members.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Colleen Amey.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio. There will be no other services. We are honored to serve the Deckard Family.
