Carolyn Sue (Cremeans) Marcum

Carolyn Sue Cremeans Marcum, 77, Vinton, Ohio passed away Monday, November 21, 2016 at Four Winds Nursing Home, Jackson, Ohio. She was born December 18, 1938 Columbus, Ohio to the late James Everett and Bessie Leona McColley Cremeans. Carolyn married Harold V. Marcum, Sr. April 29, 1966 and he preceded her death October 16, 2011. She was a mail carrier who retired in December, 2008 and she attended Vinton Baptist Church and Rodney Pike Church of God.
Carolyn is survived by her children: Harold V. (Christina) Marcum, Jr., Vinton, Ohio; Kimberly Sue Rife Robinette, Vinton, Ohio; Keli Jann (Patrick) Rife Lewis, Columbus, Ohio and Vicky Lynn Marcum Utley, Columbus, Ohio; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and brother, James Dallas Cremeans, Columbus, Ohio.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sisters, Janine Cremeans Carrico and Sharon Cremeans Rece.
Graveside services will be conducted 10:00 AM Friday, November 25, 2016 at the Pendleton-Marcum Cemetery, Vinton, Ohio with Pastor Ron Bynum officiating.
