Charlene Lashell Spurlock

Charlene LaShell Spurlock, 42, Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Saturday, May 28, 2016 at her home. She was born in Gallipolis, Ohio July 31, 1973 to the late Charles Watson Spurlock Sr. and Carolyn Lou Gilbert, who survives.
Also surviving are brother, Charles "Chuck" Spurlock, Jr., Patriot, Ohio; sisters: Carolyn Robson, Gallipolis, Ohio and Crystal (Scott) Brown, Oak Hill, Ohio; special friend, Margaret Wood, Jackson, Ohio and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles who she loved deeply.
In addition to her father, Charlene was preceded by cousin, Kimberly Gilbert.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, June 2, 2016 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel with Pastor James Ellison officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 Noon to the time of service. Burial will follow in Centerpoint Cemetery, Thurman, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, P. O. Box 148, Vinton, Ohio 45686 to help with funeral expense.
