Charles Robert Knaggs

Charles Robert Knaggs, 76, Vinton, Ohio passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018 at his home. He was born in Springfield, Ohio January 28, 1942 to the late Robert Harlan and Mildred Isabell Hay Knaggs. He married Tula Faye Dunaway December 20, 1990 in Rio Grande, Ohio who preceded him in death May 26, 2016. Charles was a groundskeeper for the University of Rio Grande.

Charles is survived by his sons, Robin Robert (Jodie) Knaggs, Alliance, Ohio and Robert Harlan Knaggs II, Vinton, Ohio; daughter, Samantha Ann (Richard) Rinehart, Canton, Ohio; sister, Joyce Matthews, Springfield, Ohio and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by two daughters, Tammy and Theresa Knaggs and an infant sister.

According to his wishes there will be no services. Cremation services will be under the direction of McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel.
