Charles Morgan, Sr.

Charles Morgan, Sr., 69, of Gallipolis, Ohio died Sunday, June 1, 2025, at his home following a lengthy illness. Charles was born September 23, 1955, in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Charles Franklin and Mary (Lawson) Morgan.

He is survived by his children: Charles (Tonya) Morgan, Jr., South Point, Ohio; Heather Morgan, Lynchburg, Virginia and Melody Salyers, Louisa, Kentucky; grandchildren: Raistlin (Amber) Morgan, Zachary (Jamie) Morgan, Ariane (Cooper) Morgan, Ciara Russell, Savannah (Corey) Towe, Leland Moore, Damian Salyers and Evan Salyers.

Also surviving are sisters Doris Waits and Vonnie Hunter as well as fiancée, Debbie Baker.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers and sister, Willard Morgan, Roger Morgan, Connie Morgan and life partner of forty years, Jeanette Robinson.

Private services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, is honored to serve the Morgan Family.
