Charles Hayward Vansickle

Charles Hayward VanSickle, 78, Franklin Furnace, Ohio passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022 in the James Cancer Center, Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. Born November 11, 1943, he was the son of the late Clyde and Thelma (Williamson) VanSickle. He worked as a meat manager for over 55 years. Charles married Patricia Randolph VanSickle August 19, 1961 and they shared 61 wonderful years of marriage together.

To this union were born three sons: Mark (Tweetie) VanSickle, Matthew VanSickle; Luke (Tiffany) VanSickle and 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by 4 siblings: Dan VanSickle, Fay Meadows, Ruth Burrows and Jenny Roach.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by an adopted son, John VanSickle.

In accordance with Charles' wishes, there are to be no services held. Cremation is under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio, who is honored to serve the VanSickle Family.
