Gallipolis
Charlotte M. Young, 93 of Gallipolis, Ohio went into the arms of the Lord, Monday, February 16, 2026. She was born March 1, 1932, in Cincinnati, Ohio and was a resident of Gallipolis Developmental Center for more than 72 years. Charlotte was a beloved Angel on this Earth.
Charlotte is survived by family and guardian, Donald and Michelle Mayes of Bidwell. There will be no services at this time. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis is honored to serve the Young and Mayes Families.
