Cloene Samuels

Cloene Samuels, 87, Columbus, Ohio, passed away at her residence Saturday, September 10, 2011. She had attended the University of Cincinnati, University of Rio Grande, and Franklin University of Columbus. She was a Supervisor with the Ohio Bell Telephone Company, Columbus, retiring in 1982 following 40 years of service. She was a member of AT&T Pioneer, Charter Member of the German Village Society, German Village Garden Club and Soroptimist Club.
Cloene was born January 15, 1924, at Vinton, Ohio, the only child of the late Albert J. and Midred A. (Gray) Samuels.
She is survived by cousins June Davis, Columbus; Eleanor Dolen, Cleveland; Ginger (Virginia) Quickle and Fred Fisher, both of Vinton; several second cousins, including Dr. Victor Cincetta, Jr., Columbus.
Graveside services will be held 12:00 Noon Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at the Vinton Memorial Park with burial to follow.
