Cynthia Lynn "Cindy" Butcher Stout, 45, Gallipolis, passed away Monday, March 15, 2004 at her residence surrounded with family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 12, 1958 in Kanawha County, West Virginia, daughter of Richard G. (Rose) Butcher Sr., Chillicothe, Ohio and the late Helen Marlene Lucas.
In addition to her father she is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Lynn Stout, Bidwell, Ohio; fiance and caretaker, Gary Taylor of Gallipolis; brother, Richard "Rick" Butcher and special friend Kimberle Greene, Gallipolis; sister, Cathy (David W.) Roush, Bidwell; Uncle Woodrow (Beth) Lucas, St. Albans, West Virginia; nieces, Jill (Isaac) Saunders, Columbus, Ohio; Cara Butcher, Vinton, Ohio; Jessica and Alison Roush, Bidwell; Special Friends, Jack Hall, Bonnie Fugett, L.A. and Tammy Guinther, Rose Waller, in addition to numerous other friends who have meant so much to our family.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, March 18, 2004 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, 420 First Ave, Gallipolis with Rev. Marvin Sallee and Chester Hess Officiating. Burial will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery, Cheshire. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday 4:00-8:00 PM.
