Dalisa Carole Ann Borden, 36, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021 in Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. Born August 20, 1985 in Gallipolis, Ohio, she was the daughter of Edward Eugene and Tracy Michelle (Qualls) Borden, Gallipolis, Ohio. Dalisa was formerly employed by FEMA and was member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Bidwell, Ohio.

Dalisa is survived by her parents in addition to her daughter, Destiny Stover, Gallipolis, Ohio; sister, Felicia Borden, Columbus, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Bill and Harriet Qualls, Gallipolis; niece, Zamara Borden, Gallipolis and nephew, Vincent Borden, Columbus, Ohio as well as several aunts, uncles and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Edward and Carole Ann Borden and aunt, Wendy Borden.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Monday, October 25, 2021 in the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Bidwell, Ohio with Rev. Gene Armstrong officiating. Friends and family may call at the church Monday 11:00 AM-1:00 PM. Cremation services to follow will be under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio.
