David Lee Hill

David L. Hill, 61, Bidwell, Ohio passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at his residence. Born June 3, 1955, the son of Homer Hill, Jr., Bidwell, Ohio and the late Ethel Faye (DeVault) Hill. He was a former member of the Gallia County Gun Club.
He is also survived by his daughters, Carrie (James) Franklin and Misty (Brad) Rose, both of Gallipolis, Ohio; grandchildren: Cole Franklin, Logan Rose and Madie Rose; brothers: Ronald (Risa) Hill, Gallipolis, Ohio; Rick (Debbie) Hill and Kenny (Debbie) Hill, both of Bidwell, Ohio and Terry (Paula) Hill, Vinton, Ohio; sister, Wanda Neal, Henderson, West Virginia; former wife, Lori Lafferty and former sister-in-law, Raelene Holland, both of Bidwell, Ohio. The family wishes to express special thanks to Dr. Dayal and Holzer Hospice for their care during this difficult time.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by sister, Patricia Pelfrey and brother, Tommy Hill.
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 PM Monday, October 10, 2016 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, 420 First Ave, Gallipolis, Ohio with Rev. Calvin Minnis officiating. In accordance with David's wishes, cremation will follow. Friends and family may call at the funeral home Monday 6:00-7:00 PM.
