Dawn Marie Provost

Dawn Marie Provost, 44, Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, (originally from Traverse City, Michigan), passed away November 4, 2004 at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. A 1995 Cum Laude graduate of Western Michigan University, she was an Occupational Therapist for Holzer Home Health and attended First Church of the Nazarene of Gallipolis. She married Charles R. Maxam June 27, 2002 and he survives.
Born May 18, 1960 at Heidelberg, Germany, she is also survived by a son, Caleb Randal Provost Warren, Gallipolis Ferry and stepdaughter, Lauren Irene Maxam, Detroit, Michigan.
Memorial services will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday, November 20, 2004 at the First Church of the Nazarene, 1110 First Ave, Gallipolis, Ohio with Rev. Bob Fulton officiating.
Dawn was a dedicated mother, loving wife and compassionate therapist who will be greatly missed.
