Dean Riggs, 88, Vinton, Ohio, passed away Friday, November 1, 2013 at Holzer Center Care, Gallipolis, Ohio.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Monday, November 4, 2013 in Vinton Memorial Park with Rev. Heath Jenkins officiating. Military Graveside Rites will be conducted by the Vinton American Legion Post 161. Friends may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton from 12:00-1:00 PM Monday.
