Debra Ellen (Neal) Polcyn

Debra E. Polcyn, 64, Oak Hill, Ohio (formerly of Gallipolis, Ohio) passed away Monday, January 15, 2018 in Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Roy W. and Eleanor J. (Northup) Neal. Born March 2, 1953 in Gallipolis, Ohio, she was a 1971 graduate of Gallia Academy High School, Gallipolis, Ohio. She attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Pomeroy, Ohio and St. Louis Catholic Church, Gallipolis, Ohio.
Debra leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of forty-five years, Daniel Polcyn, and their children: Daniel Polcyn II, Portsmouth, Ohio; Matt (Raymond Clark) Polcyn, Grove City, Ohio; Paul (Erin) Polcyn, Bidwell, Ohio; Nate Polcyn, Oak Hill, Ohio and Thomas Polcyn, Gallipolis, Ohio; grandchildren: Stephanie and Madeleine Polcyn; Tanner Dennison, Hannah Polcyn; Jennah Polcyn and Leah Polcyn. She is also survived by her sister, Pat Petrie, Gallipolis, Ohio and nieces and nephew: Susan Haft, Sandy Petrie Forgey and Steve Petrie.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons: Timothy Polcyn and Adam Polcyn and a daughter, Rachael Polcyn Blankenship.
Private Graveside services will be conducted at the convenience of the family in St. Louis Catholic Cemetery, Gallipolis, Ohio.
