Debra Ann Wintz, 53, Spencer, West Virginia, passed away Friday, November 7, 2008 at her residence with her family at her side. Debra was born September 7, 1955 in Columbus, daughter of Lenora Burnett of Patriot, and the late Walker Rawlins. She was a department manager for Wal-Mart in Spencer and attended the Spencer First Baptist Church. In addition, she had attended the Morgan Center Christian Holiness Church near Vinton.
In addition to her parents, Lenora and Harvey Burnett, she is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob" Wintz and six children: Dee Dee (Barry Miller) Dobbins of Chillicothe; David (Elizabeth) Dobbins of Gallipolis; Drema (Chad) Gobel of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Nicholas (Amy) Wintz of Rolla, Missouri; Jeremy Wintz of Quantico, Virginia; and David (Michelle) Foster of Raleigh, North Carolina; grandchildren: William, Brendon, Halona, Michael, Caitlin, Megan and Makalee; and six brothers and one sister: Charlie (Charlotte) Rawlins of Bidwell; Gary (Evelyn) Rawlins of Ashville; Steve (Robin) Rawlins of Gallipolis; Jimmy (Cherie) Burnett of Sunbury; Timmy (Jackie) Burnett of Oak Hill; Harvey (Courtney) Burnett of Mechanicsburg; and Lori Burnett of Patriot.
Services will be held at Noon on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 in the Morgan Center Christian Holiness Church near Vinton, with Pastor Teddy Russell officiating. Burial will follow in the Morgan Center Cemetery. Friends may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home in Vinton on Monday, November 10, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 PM.
