Doris Elizabeth "Liz" (Farley) Prater

Doris Elizabeth "Liz" Prater, 78, Vinton, Ohio passed away Sunday May 5, 2013 at Arbors of Gallipolis. She was born April 9, 1935 in Logan County, West Virginia, daughter of the late Hiawatha and Mary Pridemore Farley.
Liz is survived by two sons: Ernest Steven (Frances) Pridemore, Scio, Ohio and Anthony (Stephanie) Pridemore, Pensacola, Florida; fourteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; three brothers: Delmus (Carol) Farley, Forrest James (Rae) Farley, Jack Farley and seven sisters: Linda L. (Marcus) Prater, Brenda J. (James) Wright, Mary Jo Baker, Kathy Jean (Gene) Haslett, Dena Kay Griffin, Deborah Lou Detty and Avonda D. Farley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Prater and son, Gregory Alan Pridemore as well as sisters, Esther F. (Robert) Patterson and Rebecca D. Farley.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday May 11, 2013 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton with Rev. Chris Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home Friday 6:00-8:00 PM.
