Biography
Doris Jean Brewer, 60, Vinton, Ohio passed away at her residence Sunday, January 23, 2005. She was born January 23, 1945 at Bladen, Ohio, daughter of the later Lester Harland Rose and Maggie Mae Shamblin Rose. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Brewer and a son, Noah Brewer Jr., two grandchildren, a brother and a sister.
Surviving are one son and two daughters: John Michael Brewer, Mabel McCarty, and Rosanne Saxon, all of Vinton, Ohio; nine grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, three brothers and three sisters: James Rose and Junior Rose, Akron, Ohio; Jack Rose, Columbus, Ohio; Margaret Drake, Vinton, Ohio; Karen Sue Brewer, McArthur, Ohio and Luella Eckerson, Akron, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home with Rev. Ted Glassburn officiating. Burial will be in the Brush Cemetery. Friends may call the funeral home Wednesday 10:00-11:00 AM.
