Dorothy A. Cray, 90, Wilkesville, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 10, 2013 in Edgewood Manor of Wellston Nursing Home. She was born August 23, 1923 in Vinton County, Ohio, daughter of the late Thomas and Leanna Gilmore Hartley. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Wilkesville, Ohio; Wilkesville OES 207 and the Joseph Freeman American Legion Post 475 Women's Auxiliary.
Dorothy is survived by two children: William E. "Bill" Cray Jr., Wilkesville, Ohio and Jennifer L. (Frank) Pope, Allentown, Pennsylvania. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Earl Cray Sr. January 9, 2009 and her brother, Ray Hartley.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 13, 2013 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, Ohio. Burial will follow in the Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home Tuesday 6:00-8:00 PM.
