Dorothy Lois (Mcculty) Stout

Dorothy Lois Stout, 87, Bidwell, Ohio passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021 at her home. She was born in Gallia County March 15, 1933 to the late Teddy Austin and Marie (nee Denney) McCulty. She was a 1950 Graduate of the Rio Grande High School, member of Harrisburg Baptist Church and former member of Vinton OES #375. Lois married Jahue "Jady" Stout and he preceded her death on October 21, 1982.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her children: Stephen (Pamela) Stout, Bidwell, Ohio; Christia (Gary) Drenner, Pomeroy, Ohio and Mellayne Stout, Bidwell, Ohio; grandchildren: Stephanie (Jeff) Provens, Bidwell, Ohio; Stephen (Kelly) Stout, Oak Hill Ohio; Jay (Sasha) Stout and Jodie (Michael) Lemley, both of Bidwell, Ohio and Justyce Stout, Rio Grande, Ohio; great-grandchildren: Garrett, Colton and Courtnie Provens, Connor Stout, Levi Stout and Dylan Lemley; sister, Mildred George, Bidwell, Ohio; sisters-in-law, Judy McCulty, Gallipolis, Ohio and Sopha Phillips, Bidwell, Ohio; special family, Yolanda Andre, Akari Michimukai, Joy Kim and Brooke Marcum; special friends: Rachel Borden, The Jeffers Family, Pearl Valance and Carolyn Johnson, her fur baby, Ben and several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by brothers, Gene McCulty, Bill McCulty and Wayne McCulty.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, March 5, 2021 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel with Pastor Robert Scott officiating. Burial will follow the service at Vinton Memorial Cemetery. Family and friends may call on the family at the funeral home at 11:00 AM to the time of service.
