Edna M. (Cardwell) Blansette

Edna M. Blansette, 87, widow of Miles V. Blansette, passed away December 28, 2011 in Georgetown, Kentucky. She was born March 5, 1924 in Gallia County, Ohio to the late Everett Miller Cardwell and Mary Alice Calhoon Cardwell.
She is survived by children: Michael (Diann) Blansette of Corinth, Kentucky; Max Eugene Blansette of Cincinnati, Ohio; Jackie (Herb) Carney of Columbus, Ohio; Deborah Nealon of Cape Coral, Florida; and Cheryl (Max) Garvin of Albany, Ohio; 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; brothers and sisters: Richard Cardwell and Bernice Wymer, both of Columbus, Ohio; Thelma (John) Dawson and Tanya Russell, both of California; Beatrice (Jim) Grow and James Everett Cardwell, both of Arizona; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, 2 sisters, and 1 grandchild, AJ Blansette.
Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Monday, January 2, 2012 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, 208 Main Street, Vinton, Ohio. Burial will follow in Brush Cemetery, Vinton, Ohio. Friends and family may call at the funeral home from Noon until time of service on Monday.
