Edna Irene (Dillon) Miller

Edna Irene Miller, 85, Thurman, Ohio passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014 in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. Born July 29, 1929 at Scottown, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Lindle Leo Dillon and Mary (McComas) Dillon Null. She retired from Holzer Medical Center in 1992 where she was a Pharmacy Technician and she was a member of Vinton Baptist Church, Vinton, Ohio.

Edna is survived by three daughters: Judy Barcus, Rio Grande, Ohio; Janice (David) Facemire, Gallipolis and Denise (Shelby) Richards, Rio Grande; six grandchildren: Matt Barcus; Shane (Angela) Facemire; Susan (Ryan) Pittman; Colby (Amber) Richards; Lyle (Megan) Richards and Sarah (Christian) Holihan; fifteen great-grandchildren: Daryl, Kiara, Kaylee, Reilly, Avery, Taylor, Ian, Gavin, Evan, Anna, Xander, Wade, Carsyn, Caroline and Jalyn; one great-great-grandchild, Cooper; brother, Donald (Eileen) Dillon, Dayton, Ohio and sister-in-law, Helen Null, Gallipolis, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Susan; half-brother, Duane Null; two step-sisters, Mildred Rowe and Grace Tibbs.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday, December 8, 2014 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis with Pastor Heath Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in Flag Springs Cemetery, Patriot, Ohio. Friends and family may call at the funeral home Sunday 3:00-6:00 PM.
