Ellis Gray Moore

Ellis Gray Moore, 66, Vinton, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday October 29, 2008. He was born July 5, 1942 in Richmond, Virginia, son of the late Toby and Lula Mae Stanley Moore. He retired from Harris Paper Craft of Columbus, where he was employed as a die cutter and was a proud member of the NRA.
He is survived by his fiancée, Ella Mann, Vinton; two sons, Kevin William Moore, Kentucky and Bobby Lee (Christine Ward) Moore, Vinton; daughter, Carolyn (Williams) Igo, Newark; three step-sons, Joseph (Darlene) Varney, Danny Varney and Dennis (Wilma) Varney, all of Portsmouth; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five step grandchildren; three step great grandchildren, one brother and six sisters.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Harris Moore.
Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 Noon Monday, November 3, 2008 at Harvest Time Worship Center, 222 Main St, Vinton, Ohio. Burial will follow in Harris Family Cemetery, near Vinton. Friends may call at the Worship Center, Sunday, from 3:00-6:00 PM.
