Fannie Mae Garrett, 90, Lakeland, Florida passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010 due to natural causes. Fannie was born May 20, 1920 in Floyd County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Johnnie Lee and Minnie (Davis) Hall.

Fannie is survived by sons, Richard (Juanita) Garrett, Lakeland; James (Rena) Garrett, Lucasville, Ohio and Marty (Linda) Garrett, Lake Alfred, Florida; daughters: Minnie (Kenneth) Lanier, Lakeland, Florida; Mary (Larry) James, Gable, Ohio; Patricia (Gerald) Smith, Marion, Ohio; Carol (Dwight) Skeans, Lakeland and Jackalene (James) Lewis, Piketon, Ohio; sisters: Pearl Tackett, Marshall, Michigan; Thelma Carpenter, Ashtabula, Ohio; Doris Brewer, Creston, Ohio and Lavada Browning, Walled Lake, Michigan; brothers: Elva Hall, Marshall, Michigan and Kelly Hall, Mountain Home, Arkansas.

She is also survived by her twenty-seven grandchildren, seventy-six great-grandchildren, thirty-two great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-great-grandson.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Monday, November 8, 2010 at the Deer Creek Freewill Baptist Church near Vinton. Friends and family may call at the church on Monday 1:00-3:00 PM. Burial will follow in Vinton Memorial Park. Arrangements are by the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton.
