Fay Louise (Searles) Swisher

Fay Louise Swisher, 86, Wilkesville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at her home. Born in Gallia County, Ohio June 9, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Homer Roy and Rosie Belle (Robinson) Searles. She married Lewis Benjamin Swisher, who preceded her in death June 2, 1994.

Those surviving Fay are her children and stepchildren: Wayne (Junice) Adams, Rutland, Ohio; Darlene Varney, Pataskala, Ohio; Rick (Karen) Casey, Pomeroy, Ohio; Patty Metheney, Wilkesville, Ohio; Roger (Kay) Swisher, Columbus, Ohio; Curt (Lawanna) Swisher, Waverly, Ohio and Kathy (Jeff) Robinson, Middleton, Ohio and several grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers, Bobby, Roger and Jimmy Searles, all of Columbus, Ohio and sisters, Anna Mae (Dean) Cumbo, Albany, Ohio and Sharon Whiteside, Rutland, Ohio.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services held. Cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, who is honored to serve the Swisher Family.
