Frances Irene Criner McAllister, 69, Bidwell, Ohio passed away in the Pleasant Valley Hospital, Pt. Pleasant, West Virginia Tuesday, November 3, 2009 following an extended illness.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 7, 2009 in the Morgan Center Cemetery near Vinton, with burial to follow. Arrangements are by McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton.
