Garland K. Stover

Garland K. Stover, 63, Gallipolis, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2005 at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. He was born May 9, 1942 in Gallipolis, son of the late Russell Emmett and Rachel Halley Stover. Garland was a Custodian for the Gallipolis Developmental Center, retiring in 1996.
He is survived by daughter, Katrina Wilson, Gallipolis and son, Charles Allen Stover, Gallipolis; three grandchildren; three sisters: Nina Mahan, Gallipolis, Bernadine Hill, Gallipolis, and Genevieve Fowler, Apple Grove, West Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, September 22, 2005 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, with Rev. Eugene Harmon officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to service. Burial will follow in the Mina Chapel Cemetery, Green Twp, Ohio.
