Gary Lee Cooper, 55, Bidwell, Ohio passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2017 in Ohio State University Wexner Center, Columbus, Ohio. He was the son of the late James Clark and Sadie (Cordell) Cooper, born August 23, 1962 in Gallipolis, Ohio.
Gary leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Marsha Brofford Cooper and children: Jessica (Allen) Ward, Cheshire, Ohio; Anna Cooper, Vinton, Ohio and Gary Cooper, Jr., Bidwell, Ohio; four grandchildren: Jaylee Nibert, Jasmine Ward, Cheyenne "Rayne" Holcomb and Ryder Holcomb; sister and brothers: Diana Stanford, Springfield, Ohio; Arnold (Tina) Cooper, Gallipolis, Ohio and James Cooper, London, Ohio; mother of his son and special friend, Susan Kirk and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons: Jason Cooper and Adam Cooper and his siblings: Stanley "Sly" Cooper, Gene "Little Joe" Clark, Patricia Cooper, Lloyd Oliver Cooper and Jackie Cordell.
Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, October 7, 2017 in the Apostolic Faith Church, 190 Vale Road, Bidwell, Ohio. In accordance to Gary's wishes, cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton.
