Gerald M. Mooney

Gerald M. Mooney, 83, died peacefully Friday morning, July 13, 2007 of complications from Alzheimer's Disease. Jerry served in the U.S. Navy during WW II, worked for Prudential Insurance Co. for 37 years and retired in 1984.

He enjoyed singing in the Swiss Club Ensemble, fishing and all sports. He was a loving father and is survived by sons: Mike, Atlanta, Georgia; Mark and John, Columbus; daughter, Patty Caroalles, Calabasas, California and two grandchildren.

A private Funeral service will be held at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, 420 First Ave, Gallipolis. Interment in Mound Hill Cemetery, Gallipolis. On line condolences may be sent to the family at Coroalles@yahoo.com.
