Geraldine (Brewer) Norman

Geraldine Norman, 80, Lexington, Kentucky passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born May 5, 1936 in Pikeville, Kentucky, daughter of the late James Press Brewer and Holla Zephoria Thacker Brewer. Geraldine married Billy R. Norman who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
To this union were born Terry R. Norman, Pikeville, Kentucky and Anita Thompson, Lexington, Kentucky; grandchildren: Crystal (Joe) Justice, Bidwell, Ohio; Larrin Thompson, Lexington, Kentucky; Jessica (Jamie) Slone, Pikeville, Kentucky; Justin Norman, Pikeville, Kentucky and Daphney Norman, Madisonville, Tennessee and nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters: Yvonne Little, Michigan; Ruth (Gary) Casebolt, South Carolina; Laura Melton, South Carolina; Sheila Brath, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Pam Norman, Ohio and sister-in-law, Linda Brewer, Kentucky.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Tommy W. Norman and brothers, Jimmy Brewer and Larry Brewer.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the J.W. Call Funeral Home, 708 Hambley Blvd, Pikeville, Kentucky. Family and friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday 11:00 AM -1:00 PM. Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation services will be conducted Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, 420 First Ave, Gallipolis, Ohio 5:00-8:00 PM.
