Glenna Mae George, 94, Ashville, Ohio (formerly of Gallia County) passed away Saturday June 12, 2010 in the Berger Hospital, Circleville, Ohio. She was born April 19, 1916 in Gallia County, daughter of the late Homer and Mary Eliza Moore Kemper.
She is survived by her son, Robert George of Ashville and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
In addition to her parents, Glenna was preceded in death by her husband Golda Lee George; four brothers and two sisters; Claude Kemper, Buck Kemper, Sherman Kemper, Harold Kemper, Georgie Bradham and Reva G. Kemper.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis. Burial will follow in the Rife Cemetery near Addison. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday 6:00-8:00 PM.
