Hadley Mae Ellen Smathers

Hadley Mae Ellen Smathers was born silent Wednesday, August 28, 2024, in O'Bleness Memorial Hospital, Athens, Ohio.  Deeply loved and wanted by mommy, Ashton Gardner and daddy, Jake Smathers of Gallipolis, Ohio, she will forever be remembered.

Also missing Hadley are maternal grandparents, Bethany and Jack Day, Gallipolis, Ohio and paternal grandparents, Charles and Karissa Smathers, Vinton, Ohio; maternal great-grandmother, Donna Burnette, Gallipolis and maternal great-grandfather, Boyd Burnette, Ashville, Ohio; paternal great-grandmother, Julie and Robert Pier, Vinton, and several aunts, uncles and extended family members.

Greeting Hadley in heaven are maternal great-grandmother, Deloris Flint and paternal great-grandfather, Harry Smathers.

Private services will be conducted for the family under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio who is honored to serve the family.
