Hazel Lambert Clark, 89, Vinton, Ohio passed away Tuesday August 5, 2003 in the Holzer Medical Center. She was born December 7, 1913 at Herndon, West Virginia, daughter of the late Eli and Annie Coffee Lambert. She was formerly employed as a nurses aid at Holzer Hospital and a member of Vinton Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by daughter, Alice Ann Campbell; son, Richard Clark; one grandson and one granddaughter; eight brothers: Howard, John, Luke, Clint, Eli, Billy, Buck, and Thomas Lambert and sister, Lefa Lambert.

Hazel is survived by daughter, Louise Nickels, Vinton, Ohio; two sons, Charles (Shawnalee) Booth, Louisville, Kentucky and Ronald (Jo) Booth, Coxs Creek, Kentucky; eighteen grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, friends, and neighbors.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday in the Vinton Baptist Church, 11818 State Route 160, Vinton with Rev. Marvin Sallee and Rev. Jake Fry officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Tabor Cemetery, Vinton. Friends may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Friday 6:00-9:00 PM.
