Henry Andrew "Andy" Mullen

Henry Andrew "Andy" Mullen, 68, Louisville, Kentucky (formerly of Gallipolis, Ohio) passed away Monday June 11, 2012 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. Born June 14, 1943 in Adena, Ohio, he was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond A. and Gayle E. Mullen.
Andy graduated from Gallia Academy High School in 1961, served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Duval County and was a graduate of Colorado School of Mines, Golden, Colorado. He was also a 24 year member of the Gallipolis Elks Lodge #107.
He is survived by his brother, J. Fran Mullen, Crown City, Ohio; sister-in-law, Kathy Mullen, Crown City, Ohio; niece, Gayla L. Mullen Hill, Grove City, Ohio; nephew, J. Wesley (Lisa) Mullen, Point Pleasant, West Virginia; great nephews John, Tevin and Tyler Mullen and special niece Renee Ward (Mikl) Bastiani.
A Memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 PM Thursday June 14, 2012 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis by the Gallipolis Elks Lodge #107. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday 5:30 PM until the time of service. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Gallipolis Elks Lodge, 408 Second Ave, Gallipolis.
