Homer "Pappy" Mcmillin

Homer "Pappy" McMillin, 65, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Homer was the son of the late Homer Carl and Nora Elizabeth (Chapman) McMillin, born May 12, 1957, in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. He was a former cook for Bob Evans Restaurant, Gallipolis who enjoyed fishing, NASCAR and Florida Gator football.

Homer will be greatly missed by his children, Shannon (Charles Spence) Ramey, Bidwell, Ohio; Barbie (Jeremy) Rickard, Point Pleasant, West Virginia and stepson, Jacob (Shelley) Blazer, Jackson, Ohio; grandchildren: Taylor Ramey, Josie Ramey, Cody Siders, Blake Siders, Keegan Rickard, Elizabeth Blazer and Kail Blazer.

He leaves behind his brothers: Thomas Donnally, Carl McMillin, Bob McMillin and Joe McMillin, all of West Palm Beach, Florida and sisters: Jean (Mike) Kelly, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Elizabeth Donnally, Port St. Lucia, Florida; Norma (Robert) Yates, Vinton, Ohio and Janice (Greg) Ball, Bidwell, Ohio as well as nephews, Robert Yates and Chris Jackson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Ruth Vargas.

Cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis who is honored to serve the McMillin Family.
