Irene Frances (Borden) Jackson

Irene Frances Jackson, 86, Bidwell, Ohio passed away in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis Wednesday, September 22, 2004. She was born December 1, 1917 at Bidwell, daughter of the late Alexander Borden and Lydia Denney Borden.
She married Wesley M. Jackson on March 8, 1938 and he preceded her in death March 29, 1979. Also preceding her in death was a son, Perry Jackson, four brothers and two sisters.
Surviving are six sons and two daughters: Robert (Nellie) Jackson, Bidwell; Leroy (Carman) Jackson, Cape Coral, Florida; Charles Jackson, Bidwell; Roger (Carolyn) Jackson, Bidwell; Ronald Jackson, Bidwell; Arnold (Brenda Caldwell) Bidwell; Beverly Jackson, Vinton, Ohio and Cheryl Seward, Bidwell; eleven grandchildren and several great grand children.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday September 26, 2004 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, with Rev. Calvin Minnis officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday 6:00-8:00 PM.
