James R. "Bob" Newhart

James R. "Bob" Newhart, 64, Wilkesville, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 5, 2003 in the Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, West Virginia. He was born March 12, 1938 at Wilkesville, son of the late Kyle and Martha Hill Newhart.
He is survived by his wife, Gwen Newhart and son, Robert A. Newhart, both of Wilkesville. He also reared three stepsons and two stepdaughters: Adam Curry, Nelsonville, Ohio; Bobby Lambert, Albany, Ohio; Danny Lambert, Vinton, Ohio; Abby Curry, Glouster, Ohio; and Birdie Lambert.
In addition, he is survived by brother, Donald Ray Newhart, Georgia and sister, Judy (Brice) Utt, Wheeling, West Virginia; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday January 8, 2003 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, with Pastor Rob Ervin officiating. Burial will follow in the Vinton Memorial Park, Vinton. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday 7:00-9:00 PM.
