James Victor McMillin

James Victor McMillin, 50, of Vinton, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2026, in Abbyshire Place Rehabilitation Center, Bidwell, Ohio. James was born September 15, 1976, in Athens, Ohio, son of Carolyn (Howard) McMillin of Vinton and the late Charley Gene McMillin. A fan of Nascar racing, he enjoyed riding four wheelers, watching New York Jets football games and sitting on his porch swing. He loved all things outdoors.

In addition to his mother, he leaves behind his children: Chelza (Stephen) Sims, Breana McMillin, Jessica (Brandyn) Bush and Colton McMillin; granddaughters, Zoe and Izzy; sister, Bridget (Raysean) Allen and stepmother, Jacqueline Manning.

In accordance with James’ wishes, no services will be held. Cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, who is honored to serve the McMillin Family.
