James "Jim" Webster Dillard

James "Jim" Dillard, 76, Vinton, Ohio passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, West Virginia.  He was born in London, Ohio May 6, 1939 to the late DesLoyes Webster and Ruby Mae McCormick Dillard.  He was married to Marjorie Fields, who also preceded him in death.  He was a former member of South Charleston Ohio Volunteer Fire Department and former employee of Fields Implement of South Charleston, Ohio as a mechanic.

Jim is survived by his children: Wayne (Tammy) Dillard, Vinton, Ohio and Dewayne Dillard, Kirkersville, Ohio; grandchildren: Amber (Josh) Fury, Tony (Ashlee) Dillard and Alex Dillard, all of Vinton, Ohio; three great-grandchildren: Nate Dillard, Payton Dillard, and Axton Fury; sisters: Esther Klontz, Reynoldsburg, Ohio; Judy Loveless, Springfield, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son, DesLoyes Dillard II and sister, Ruth Darst.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, April 4, 2016 at Greenlawn Cemetery in South Charleston, Ohio with Full Military Graveside Rites by The Marine Corp. League.  Friends may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, Friday, April 1, 2016 from 5:00-8:00 PM.
