Janet O. (Ferrell) Runyon

Janet O. Runyon, 65, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away at her home Thursday, March 4, 2021. She was a retired Home Health Aide born July 13, 1955 at Williamson, West Virginia, daughter of the late Lee Roy Ferrell and Ople Marie (nee Gearles) Ferrell.

Janet is survived by son and daughter: Steve (Kim) Runyon, Vinton, Ohio and Sarah Runyon, Gallipolis, Ohio and grandchildren: Allivia Runyon, Haven Kingery, Sydnee Runyon and Kingston McGuire; brothers: Joe Ferrell, Vinton, Ohio; Henry Ferrell, Gallipolis, Ohio and Jerry Ferrell, Ft. Pierce, Florida; sisters: Joy Reynolds and Anna Blanton, both of Michigan and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and her fur baby, Milo.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Runyon; brother, Chumlee Ferrell and sisters, Vivian Ward and Ruth Runyon.

In accordance with her wishes, Cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, Ohio where the family will receive friends Friday, March 19, 2021 at 5:00–7:00 PM.
