Janice Davis, 67, Vinton, Ohio passed away Monday, December 31, 2012 at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. She was born May 18, 1945 in Virgie, Kentucky, daughter of the late Earl and Leona (Mullins) Hall. She retired from Federal Mogul Corporation, Gallipolis, where she was employed as a lab technician and she had attended Deer Creek Baptist Church.
Janice is survived by her husband, Paul Davis, and two children: Jeffrey (Melinda) Mullins, Bidwell, Ohio and William Earl (Julie) Mullins, Vinton and step-son, Paul Steven (Lese) Davis, Wellston, Ohio; five grandchildren: Velma Faye Pethtel, William, Earl Mullins, Jr., Jeffrey Mullins Jr., Russell Mullins and Amanda Mullins; five great-grandchildren: Nathan, Analeigh and Jamie Bing; Luella and Caleb Mullins. In addition, five brothers and three sisters survive: Hurston (Billie) Hall, Paintsville, Kentucky; Marvin (Linda) Hall, Beaver, Ohio; Eugene Hall, Thurman, Ohio; Jimmy Hall, Jasper, Alabama; Kent Hall, Michigan; Dean (Frank) Tackett, Beaver, Ohio; Gwen (Steve) Skinner, Graysville, Alabama and Rhonda (Roger) Gulyban, Trenton, Michigan.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, January 4, 2013 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, with Pastor Mickey Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday 5:00-7:00 PM.
