Jo Anna (Pelfrey) Morris

Jo Anna Morris, 73, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Monday July 22, 2013 at her residence. Born April 30, 1940 in Wayne County, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late John Wesley and Garnett Louise (Runyon) Pelfrey, Sr.
Jo Anna is survived by her children: Mary Dishman, Virginia and Sue (Todd) Wells, Gallipolis, Ohio; step-children, Carl (Charles) Mahan; Barbara (Fred) Bonen; Cecil (Phyllis) Morris; Alice Gilbert, William Morris, Mary Morris, John Morris and Diana (Chad) Griffen; twenty-seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Kay (Red) Bennett and Mandy Light and brother, John (Carol) Pelfrey, Jr.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, William C. Dartey and Cecil Morris and son, William Pelfrey.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday, July 26, 2013 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis with Rev. Gene Harmon officiating. Burial will follow in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends and family may call at the funeral home Friday 11:00 AM until the time of service.
